There were 2 guys that came by to install the newly purchased kitchen range, and haul away the old range.

They hauled away the old range after I ripped out the Vinyl floor, and then they brought the new one inside.

They brought the range to the kitchen and I told them I want to make sure the appliance matches my order from Amazon. They said you can go check the box in the van, which is what I did.

And, when I came back to the kitchen they had left the new range right where it was (middle of the kitchen), and not hooked it up at all. And, took away my old range too.

The rude part about the whole thing is there was no explanation whatsoever. The guys simply took off like cunning thieves.

So I am stuck with a non-installed appliance in the middle of the kitchen, and my old range gone as well. I tried to call these idiots and customer service - very rude and won't come back to do it for another 24 hours. I tried to reason with the customer service lady that they are probably 30 minutes away and can just do it now. But it was a firm NO.

Utterly useless and non-professional attitude.

Never trust this company again to do anything for you!!!

All they want is do it twice so they can be paid extra.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Innovel Solutions Cons: Lack of customer care, Management nor supervisors did not initiate a solution, Lack of resolution.

Delivery guys have no clue of what's going on. I asked them for the company number all 3 of them had no clue.

Miraculously, 1 of them remembered all of a sudden. All 3 totally clueless. Also, its raining outside and they leave my front door open... again no common sense in all 3 of them.

This is the first time I've seen this kind of delivery service in my life. W0W
