Poor customer service

I ordered a refrigerator from Costco.com about 3 months ago. I received my product about a month after however, it was damaged.
Not only that, but I called them, and they said they will bring a new one and pick up the damaged one. Multiple appointments were made but either they did not show up without a call or they would show up to pick up the one I had without a new one. I have had to spend multiple days just waiting for them to come waking up early and moving all my furniture to make room for them. I sat through the time frame I was given expecting someone to show up.
3 months later and no one has showed up with my new fridge. When they came the last time to install my fridge they were using the wrong tool. I offered them the proper tool, so they would not damage my water line but instead they began to complain and yelled until they just left with the refrigerator. They also told their employees to bring me another damaged fridge in replace of the already damaged fridge expecting I would take it.
I also ordered an oven from them and I seem to be having the same issue. I got multiple emails and calls saying that my appliance should be coming the next morning. Once again I got up waited and moved all my stuff with no call and no show. I spent the rest of the day on the phone with them over 10 hours calling different people trying to get an answer.
No one was able to tell me when I would receive the product or even where it was. It has been a month since I have ordered the oven as well and still absolutely nothing. This company is giving Costco a terrible name. I took time off of work and spent multiple days doing absolutely nothing but calling and waiting.
This has been a major inconvenience to my family and I. As well as my work schedule I made sure I was available for those times and a little while after assuming they were maybe going to be late. This company is not only inconsiderate but rude. They come in banging on the door even though I have a doorbell which is very noticeable.
As well as no communication while they were working if I tried to ask their response were very abrupt and rude. This will be the last time I will purchase anything from Costco seeing that this is an ongoing issue with their shipping company.

I ordered a refrigerator at Sears.com (Costco owns Sears). The day of delivery, this past Tuesday, the men backed a huge truck down my driveway and took out a huge limb from my magnolia tree and damaged the main trunk severely..
They did not tell me but I discovered it before they left. They admitted they had backed don the driveway "too far", That size truck should have never been on my driveway. They wanted to avoid taking off the refrigerator doors to help get frig through two doorways. After many unsuccessful attempts (and asking me to hold the doors open as they attempted the doorways - and yes, it is covid time!!), they stopped and took my kitchen door of its hinges to get the frig into the kitchen.
Looking a the frig, I realized the handles were not put on the right side - I told them that the order clearly states right handed door. So they had to take the doors off the frig any way...but they did not have the correct size socket bite and asked if I had one -which I did and provided. When they finally slipped the frig into it's enclosure, it was severely un-level (tilted back) which I brought to their attention. So without taking the refrigerator out of its enclosure, they worked only to lower the front legs.
It was no enough but they quit without raising the back legs. Said it was a manufacturer's defect and left. The frig is 7 inches from the wall at the top and 9 inches off the wall at the bottom. I immediately called the Sears delivery number to complain and they scheduled a tech for the following Saturday to level the frig and to rectify some cosmetic damage to the frig door.
I received a confirmation call at 6pm Friday night for a window of delivery from 745 A to 945 A. No one arrived. I spent at least an hour and a half trying various numbers and being transferred over and over again only to learn they were not coming because the refrigerator had been delivered on Tues!!! I explained it was for leveling and cosmetic damage - not a delivery and they person that took my complaint clearly understood that.
No one contacted me that they were not coming; in fact, one person on an earlier call told me that I should stay home all day because they were late when in fact I learned from another person that they had wiped me off their list and were not coming at all. So now we are allegedly scheduled for Mon, a federal holiday, with the window of arrival to be sent to me the night before. The tree limb damage complaint is "pending" whatever that means. I will likely lose my very old beautiful magnolia without any action or acknowledgement of the damage .
I know I have been screwed. Never again Sears.
Never again Costco. Shame on you!

Refused to haul away and damage

New refrigerator is working and no issues so far on day 3. My beef is with the delivery experience that Costco hires for large purchases, Innovel Logistics.
BEWARE! I bought this particular fridge because it could get here the fastest (old fridge broke). Delivery was set for Friday and I took all day off of work to be home. They dont send you the delivery window until the night before so it is not possible to only take a few hours off of work.
Friday morning they called to confirm, then 2 hours prior to arrival they called and said the truck broke down and wanted to reschedule me to Wednesday. I begged for Saturday and they agreed only because I happened to have a TV delivery scheduled with the same company for Saturday. Delivery happened on Saturday with two men. One did NOT wear his mask at all and was completely RUDE.
I am not the type to complain or write in depth reviews but I feel personally taken advantage of in this whole situation. They would not listen to me when I made suggestions on how to get the fridge past my passageway and kept banging the doors into my walls. I just had the walls and trim puttied and painted a week ago and the delivery men took off paint on the walls, made a dent in the trim, and a huge gouge in the siding. I have pictures.
Then they REFUSED TO TAKE MY OLD FRIDGE AWAY EVEN THOUGH IT IS LISTED IN MY PAPERWORK AS AN INCLUDED SERVICE. The one guy was a complete a.hole about everything from the start! I showed him my receipt that clearly shows haul away and he kept saying it wasnt on his paperwork. I should have requested to see his paperwork.
I spent hours on the phone with Costco logistics trying to get this resolved as I have two huge fridges in my kitchen making the kitchen unusable. Costco said the best they can do is Wednesday and that someone will call me Tuesday night to schedule the time. Well what do you know? Today is Wednesday and no one called and no one showed up to take the old fridge away.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Costcos delivery crew!!!!! Oh and in regards to the wall and trim damage, the Costco rep said that is between me and the delivery company!!! Costco gave me the Innovel Logistic's number and I have been calling and get the impossible phone tree and cant get ahold of anyone then the phone tree hangs up on me! I have called Costco 3 times and tried the delivery service phone numbers 4 times.
I cant get anywhere with this problem!! I have been a Costco lover for 15 years and I will never buy any major appliance or anything that gets hand delivered again. I am contemplating canceling my membership.
When venting this to a friend she said she had a similar experience with a Costco refrigerator delivery this year!!! BEWARE OF INNOVEL LOGISTICS!!!!!

I want to file a complain or talk to some one who can solve this.we ordered tv on 18th.we received text that it will be here on 21 between 230pm to 430pm.nothing came. we waited till night,not even a phone call.we called next day to see what happened was told by Costco rep to call costco logistics team who handles this.we called there(was hold for 40 minutes) was told that its written there that delivery needs to be re scheduled which we did not had any idea since nobody called us about that.so we rescheduled again on the available date which was on 29th of November between 830am to 1030am.got text about this.on that day nothing came we called again(was hold for 40 to 50 minutes) to see where the delivery was.was told again by rep of logistics team to wait for whole day since she tried to contact driver who might be driving and not picking up but our house was first stop for delivery for sure on that day so waited for whole day.we waited whole day and late night went to bed around 11pm.nothing not even a phone call.so called again in the morning on 30th(was hold for again about 40 minutes).was told again by rep on phone no.877895****(logistics team)that she can see how many times we have called and asked about our delivery and she told she does not know what happened and they did not have any tv delivered to them until 28th and she has no idea whose is at fault.she told us that we will get text today(11/30) and delivery will be tomorrow (12/01).she said call costco for compensation since we have been waiting for ever about this delivery and calling for answer and nothing happening.so we called Costco customer service on 800774****.so person who picked said we have to call 877895****(logistics team)since they send tv to them on 20th but we told her we already talked to them literally before calling customer service then she tells us she can see the note that someone came at 9pm to deliver tv on 29th and left voicemail mail on our phone which is not true at all we have been waiting for this delivery from 21st.

Tried to call your company and nobody would pick up. Costco is trying to call your company and nobodys picking up.
We live on a ranch so we waited an hour and a half down where the delivery needed to be and no one came nor did they call to say they were lost or at the wrong address. When we did get a hold the driver he just said oh well I already left.
We told him he was at the wrong driveway probably a half a mile down the road. Very unhappy with the whole situation.

Your driver attempted to make a delivery to the wrong address and left a sticker on my patio door for delivery of an appliance.
I did not order any appliance, so they obviously came to the wrong address. Unfortunately, someone that was expecting a delivery did not receive it.
I do not appreciate not being able to speak with a person. With no info on the store that hired you, your driver could make the same mistake on a second attempt.
I live in a condo and strongly suggest the drivers familiarize themselves with the layout.

I have just recently discovered that Innovel Solutions is owned by Costcos since March 2020.
So I am going to cancel my TV order and accounts with Costco due to their misrepresentations regarding this matter.

If zero stars could be given...thats what they earned!!!!
#1 delivery: arrived without calling in the morning as email says. Didnt WANT to bring treadmill to basement through the front door. Started clearing snow for path to bulkhead...they drive away! Office calls and says they will be back after the next delivery. We waited for 3 hours and they never returned!!!! Costco tracked them and says they were back at the warehouse 2.5 hours earlier!!!! They just didnt want to do their job!!! And we had to wait another week for delivery!!!!
#2 delivery: no morning call. Delivered early at 3:20. Brought treadmill to basement. Assembly was included. Never opened the manual!!!! Forgot to do step one, put on wheels. Bent a frame and borrowed a pry bar! One cut his hand and needed gauze, bandaids, gloves, and dropped blood on the packaging on my floor. FaceTimes with someone to help figure out how to put together!!! Two hours in, almost done but didnt put and lock washers on...didnt use correct bolts anywhere...and still didnt open directions!!!! Told them to forget it and take it away. 2 hours and 40 minutes later they left....luckily they had gas since they had the truck running the entire time!!!!!
#3 we never got to since we were told by Costco that a new me would be ordered. We waited a week and called. Innovel CANCELLED my order!!!!! So we are sitting here at airing to hear about delivery and its not even ordered....because this company does whatever the *** they want????? Costco should be ashamed to use them and Innovel is a disgrace of a company!!!!

Unprofessional installers
- Delivery left old washer/dryer on the sidewalk after instruction.
- Costco e-commerce manager ordered pedestal install; Innovel refused.
Costco Wholesale should NOT use this company for delivery for the unprofessional service that their installers are permitted. The installers that were supposed to delivered my new washer and dryer were instructed by their Manager to leave the job with my old washer and dryer sitting on the sidewalk/garage.
The incident involved that a Costco e-commerce Manager instructed to have old pedestals installed but the Innovel Solutions Manager refused to have his delivery team to do the task due to liability issues but he still failed to even have them install the washer and dryer. I explain to the Innovel Solutions Manager then to please have them to only install without removal of the pedestals...he refused the plead and instead told his team to leave.
I video the entire incident with disbelief to show how the installation team abruptly mishandle placed the new washer and dryer back in the truck and drove off from orders from their manager. I immediately called Costco e-commerce manager who had the Innovel solutions team returned back 5 hours later without an apology to install the washer and dryer and remove my old washer dryer from the sidewalk and driveway.

They scheduled my delivery for Dec. 15 between 8-10 am on a Tuesday, ok, I took the morning off to wait for their delivery. 10:30 am and they were not here, I called and was told that my dining table hadn't arrived and they needed to reschedule! What?!
They had called me the night before to confirm delivery!!! They never got ahold of me to let me know of this change! Fine, rescheduled for Dec 19 between 12:15-315 pm. Again I made arrangements to be here and guess what?
NO show again! I called them AGAIN and they said it still isn't there! Then why in the world did I get a phone call the night before confirming delivery!!! Mind you I ordered this dining table on Dec 6, so it could be here for Christmas!
Again they reschedule to Dec 26 between 10:30-12:30. Still haven't received it and no phone call AGAIN, it is 12:30 now. Again I received my confirmation call last night and nothing AGAIN! This company is a joke!
I'm about to call them AGAIN and I can guarantee they will come up with a stupid excuse as to why they haven't delivered my dining table and why they don't call customers to let them know about these things!
Now their website says it was delivered on Dec 22nd!!!! Who the *** has my dining room table???!!!!

I called Costco customer service, who in turn put me through to Innovel.
My item is 4 hours away, and I now will have to wait 7 days for delivery. Super irritating to say the least.
