In May, 2018 I ordered a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from Sears. When it was delivered by Innovel Solutions, the men moved my existing refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from my kitchen to my garage all on the first floor.

I only replaced these appliances because I was changing the color of my kitchen, and needed white appliances instead of the black appliances I had, which all worked great. My neighbor was going to buy my black refrigerator for $$200 because it worked well.

The day after it had been moved by the moving company, the refrigerator no longer cooled the food. My neighbor could not buy it. I reported the damage done to it and filed a claim for damage and compensation because I could no longer sell it. From the moment the inspector arrived, he immediately had his decision ready that the movers did nothing wrong, and it was not their fault that it didn't work right. Innovel Solutions was the only people who moved it, yet they denied responsibility and denied my damage claim for any reimbursement.

Do not trust this moving company; they are not reputable! They will refuse all responsibility and deny any claim for damages. Beware, and learn from my experience.

Reason of review: Movers damaged my refrigerator.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Innovel Solutions movers replied to my complaint of damaging my existing refrigerator while moving it from my kitchen to my garage, saying they cared and would look into it, but they never sent me any resolution for my monetary loss. I supplied my name and email in my complaint.

If I don't receive a direct reply, my conclusion is this is not a reputable company. It was purchased from Sears Mall of South Carolina at 1200 Coastal Grand Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 on 5/26/2018 on my Sears Master Card and delivered on 5/31/2018.
