We orders a washer/dryer from Costco. com on nov.

21 the item showed in the warehouse on the 25, they said they could not deliverer until the dec. 6. Fine hard to wait but fine. The sixth comes they call "oh sorry we lost the dryer, our bad we will call you when they both are here." 2 hours on the phone Costco gets them to agree to deliver the next day.

Next day, "Oh sorry, we damaged the dryer, so sorry will reorder and let you know when they are both here. " NO deliver the washer then get the dryer. "we can't do that so sorry". Another 2-3 hours on the phone with them and Costco.

They agree to deliver the washer the next day.

This time they call AN HOUR AFTER the delivery window and say that they are with in 20 miles but won't deliver because they "wasted too much time waiting at the wrong address". Another 4-6 hours of phone circus, to be told it would be delivered today.......You guessed it another day wasted waiting they still don't know where the dryer is and decide to leave the washer on the dock because...........
