Innovel Solutions - Costco Order Gone Wrong with Innovel
I ordered a dishwasher from Costco which was installed by Innovel servicing Costco. Long story short, I now have a damaged dishwasher water valve and *** in my island from these amateurs poking a screw through the wood panel.
The old dishwasher and water valve never had a problem in 10 years and now neither works. On top of that, I now have a screw protruding through my island essentially ruining the rear of my island wood paneling.
I filed a complaint with Costco and Innovel for them to repair the damage and waiting to hear back.
I'm definitely not a happy customer at this stage. I just hope they make things right and get me back to where I was before the damage.

Hi, I hope they respond back to you soon, I have been dealing with a similar issue, my dishwasher was installed incorrectly which caused my house to flood while the dishwasher was running. I followed up again this evening with Innovel Solutions and was told that they forwarded the damage claim to the wrong office.
I still canโt believe that Costco does business with them. I was told today that they are going to try to contact another 3rd party, which is the company that Innovel Solutions hired to do the installation which is Coplen Installations.
Innovel Solutions has not called me even though their email on 11/9 said they would contact me within 48 hours. They were quick to respond to my negative review but have not followed up with me.

6 weeks later and still no response from your โclaims adjusterโ but will you atleast consider responding to Costco. Go on and respond to this post because itโs all you are expected to do.
