Extremely unprofessional Service

We purchased a T.V from Costco to be delivered today. Upon arrival, we kindly asked Miguel the (delivery guy) and his partner to please put on booties before entering our house.

We take Covid-19 Regulations very seriously due to a compromised condition that I have. He refused to do so and was saying they had ran out of the booties. We even offered to provide them a pair of booties. He refused again and rudely asked me to put on a mask in my own house while talking to him, even though I was keeping my distance away from him and he was not inside my house yet.

Then he proceeded to leave the TV by the entrance door .

NOT in the room of our choice as it has been stated under companies's guidelines. I am contacting Costco and letting people know on Social Media how unprofessional the employees are and to not deal with such company in the future.

Scheduling

I scheduled my delivery for tomorrow (07/17/20) through Innovel's email link they sent to me. After scheduling, I received a scheduling confirmation showing I was all set for 07/17/20 and I will receive a call the evening prior to delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. It is after 8PM, and I haven't received a single call from Innovel.

All of my contact information was listed correctly in their system when I scheduled the delivery, so I'm unsure why they haven't called. Like most people, I work. I need to know the time frame in which I need to be home to accept delivery of my item. When I look up the tracking number on Innovel's website, it shows that my package is at the local depot and is scheduled to be delivered on 07/17/20 between 7AM and 9PM. How am I supposed to go off of that?

I tried calling them, it just rang and rang. I emailed, but I know that may take a while to get a response. I just need to know how to plan my work day so I can take delivery of my item. It's a bit frustrating.

I'm really hoping there's no bad surprises with this delivery company like getting rescheduled or no-showed like so many others have experienced. After researching this company, I'm honestly terrified. I guess time will tell how the rest of this experience goes.

Update: I just received a call about my delivery time frame at 9PM. Will continue to update my review as the process goes on.

Update 2: My package was delivered in good condition. I am changing my rating to 4 stars due to the fact that it was delivered in good condition and on time. The scheduling call, and their online tracking system are my only problems with this company.

Extremely late delivery with no contact.

It's been 40 days since I ordered my washer and still have not received any notice from the delivery company (Innovel). My tracking number indicates that it's been siting at a location about 20 minutes away from my home for over 15 days now. At this point I am willing to pick the item up myself. I have called over a dozen times and sent at least 5 emails without any response. I just really need my washer, I am willing to rent an uhaul and pick it up myself at this point.

Worst Customer Experience

This is literally the worst Customer Experience I have ever encountered. Costco should fire this company. I have my washer /dryer from Costco and due to nonavailability of parts, my delivery window has constantly changed from morning to the evening and Innovel run out of parts when they are on their way for installation. How can you run out of parts, when you are slotted for installation. The customer service reps can't get the story straight right from the window of installation to the time of installation. I have a huge washer and dryer sitting in the middle of the house with constantly changing stories. I am on the *** of cancellation the order getting a refund and ordering from some place reliable.

Your delivery truck left oil spots on my concrete driveway

Delivery on Monday July 13,2020. Called Lowes in Findlay,Ohio and they called you And set up a claim, damage claim # 393910 for the oil spot left on my driveway. Your company called me twice, but nothing resolved. Last call Jonathan said another Claim was in Findlay and he would talk with them and get back to me. That was on 7-22-2020 and I have heard nothing from him. He called me from 567-686-**** And when I call - get message that box is full and unable to leave message. A claim that they told me would be taken care of in 3 days, has now become 17 days. Help

Bought a tv from costco. Innovel supose to deliver and install the tv, and should take my old tv away. But they just send me the tv and say they dont the rest, installed and removal! Thats not what innovel web site indicate! It cost me another $80 for me to ask someone to get rid the tv for me!

After reviewing your order, it seems that when placing your order through Costco, you did not choose the set up and haul away option offered for an additional fee. Your purchase only consisted of the item, and tax, which would have resulted in only a delivery to room of choice.

Missing Order

Placed an order with Costco on 22 June for an LG washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered on 6 July. Cancel order on July 9 morning of July 10 I received a notice for delivery. I have tried to reinstate the order but unable to reach anyone at Costco without waiting on hold for 90 minutes on the phone also have not been able to reach anyone at the delivery company. We apologize that you had difficulty with your delivery. Unfortunately, the date listed on Costco's site does come with the disclaimer that the date is due to change, and that you would be contacted for scheduling.

We show that the item arrived from the manufacturer on 07/09, and that we received the order on 06/30. Unfortunately, once the order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated without Costco re-ringing the order.

If I could give this company a 0 star,I would! They have horrible delivery personnels and my product said room of choice and they could not put it on the second floor. The delivery guy even comment "I don't want to hurt my back". I don't know why he chose this job if he would not comply to his job duties! I got to lift a patie t that is 600lbs.because it is my job description! It is very frustrating with this company as we paid for the delivery fee!!!
