Extremely unprofessional Service
We purchased a T.V from Costco to be delivered today. Upon arrival, we kindly asked Miguel the (delivery guy) and his partner to please put on booties before entering our house.
We take Covid-19 Regulations very seriously due to a compromised condition that I have. He refused to do so and was saying they had ran out of the booties. We even offered to provide them a pair of booties. He refused again and rudely asked me to put on a mask in my own house while talking to him, even though I was keeping my distance away from him and he was not inside my house yet.
Then he proceeded to leave the TV by the entrance door .
NOT in the room of our choice as it has been stated under companies's guidelines. I am contacting Costco and letting people know on Social Media how unprofessional the employees are and to not deal with such company in the future.

I scheduled my delivery for tomorrow (07/17/20) through Innovel's email link they sent to me. After scheduling, I received a scheduling confirmation showing I was all set for 07/17/20 and I will receive a call the evening prior to delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. It is after 8PM, and I haven't received a single call from Innovel.
All of my contact information was listed correctly in their system when I scheduled the delivery, so I'm unsure why they haven't called. Like most people, I work. I need to know the time frame in which I need to be home to accept delivery of my item. When I look up the tracking number on Innovel's website, it shows that my package is at the local depot and is scheduled to be delivered on 07/17/20 between 7AM and 9PM. How am I supposed to go off of that?
I tried calling them, it just rang and rang. I emailed, but I know that may take a while to get a response. I just need to know how to plan my work day so I can take delivery of my item. It's a bit frustrating.
I'm really hoping there's no bad surprises with this delivery company like getting rescheduled or no-showed like so many others have experienced. After researching this company, I'm honestly terrified. I guess time will tell how the rest of this experience goes.
Update: I just received a call about my delivery time frame at 9PM. Will continue to update my review as the process goes on.
Update 2: My package was delivered in good condition. I am changing my rating to 4 stars due to the fact that it was delivered in good condition and on time. The scheduling call, and their online tracking system are my only problems with this company.
